CHEP – Digital Process Orchestration with PointOut.Ai

For CHEP, a global leader in pallet and container pooling across 60+ countries, we're building a next-gen digital orchestration layer that connects customers, service centers, carriers, and operations end to end.

Leveraging Open Platform as the BPMN workflow backbone and PointOut.Ai for data, analytics, and decisioning, this has led to a successful Tracker use case and an innovation partnership. Open Platform enables rapid, low- or no-code workflow modeling and deployment.

PointOut.Ai drives order execution and trailer contextualization by aggregating events from diverse sources. An AI system takes on the complex task of converting human language into standardized trailer signals. Using a defined rule set, the system then determines the correct sequence of trailer events.
 
The user receives workflow-driven deviations, the current system status, and recommended actions via a task list, and can manually trigger actions when necessary. Otherwise, all tasks run automatically without human intervention — reducing effort, accelerating response times, and improving overall transparency.
This fusion creates a configurable, scalable control layer that can iteratively incorporate new processes, customers, and AI capabilities while Tracker value throughout continuous improvement.
