mSE North America moves into the Wrigley Building

As the mSE North America team has grown steadily, and there was no more room for expansion on the 84th floor of the Willis Tower in Chicago, the decision was made a few months ago to look for a new location in the city.

We found it in the renowned Wrigley Building, built in 1920 for the chewing gum producer of the same name. The building was one of the first skyscrapers north of the Chicago River and one of the first to be built with a modern steel-frame structure, covered by six different shades of white terra cotta. An architectural icon in Chicago, the design fuses French Renaissance and Spanish Revival styles with an American twist.
Decisive for mSE Solutions was the excellent infrastructure in the building, which was completely renovated a few years ago, and its central location at the mouth of the Chicago River. A river, by the way, whose flow was reversed by an ingenious engineering project more than 100 years ago to improve the water quality. Wonderfully symbolic for people who think outside the box!

In preparation for the move, our Chicago team worked hard to help get the office ready, and were welcomed to the building at a little housewarming party organized by their new office neighbors.
