As a member of one of our project teams, you can expect to face a wide range of challenges. You will be required to develop solutions for complex supply chain structures and assist our clients from the strategic consultation stage all the way up to implementation at the operational level. Become part of a constantly growing, international corporate group with offices in Munich, Lübeck, Unterammergau, Singapore and Chicago.

In the area of business software, you will work on enhancing our analytical methods and on developing mSE's proprietary software PointOut. Variable analytical modules make our primary data analysis activities just as efficient as they are flexible. You will develop innovative IT and process solutions and work with our clients and colleagues in our consulting division to implement the software during consulting projects.

Application start

You start with an application for an advertisement that you can find on our homepage, at LinkedIn or in various job portals. You are also welcome to send us an unsolicited application.

First feedback from mSE

We will contact you within eight days with an interim reply, a first call or an invitation.

Telephone interview or Skype

Most of the time we first get to know each other by phone or Skype.
Duration: approx. 30 minutes

Getting to know each other personally

In a personal discussion, we will find out together whether the task fits your ideas.
Duration: 1 - 1 ½ Hour

Second in-depth conversation

As a rule, a further meeting takes place after a positive first conversation. In this interview (there can also be several) you will get to know other managers, colleagues, project managers or developers and learn more about the future task and mSE.
Duration: 1 - 1 ½ Hour

Feedback and Finalization

You will usually receive feedback within one week and the next steps will be discussed finally. If everything fits together, the employment contract is concluded now.
