I really enjoy working in E2E Supply Chain Management. When I found the opportunity to work for mSE Solutions. I like its commitment to "Innovate, transform, integrate and operate". In addition, a conclusive factor was a conversation with Klaus Imping, I could not help being persuaded by his background and ideas / plans / projects in Supply Chain. Therefore, I could not deny being part of this promising journey and support with my background mSE Solutions.
What’s one current industry challenge you can solve through your experience and role? What passions and values do you bring to mSE?
Having a holistic view in the E2E Supply chain. every detail will have an impact. I enjoy helping others to achieve this holistic view because as Michael Jordan said “Talent win games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships”

Explain why your responses from Question #3 are your favorites and how they have influenced you.
Ironman’s leadership appeals to me, his curiosity, ambitious, will do thing easier and easier as well as his way to see the future and interest to always keep learning. All described above is what I try to mimic in my personal and professional life. On the other hand, life is about having a balance, salsa music evokes my culture and relaxes me in a way that I do not feel so heavy for doing any activity. Mark Antony has not only romantic salsa songs but also many of them to dance as if you were born in Cali, Colombia and last but not the least Denzel Washington starring in the film equalizer, shows me being fair and doing things correctly worth it.
When solving supply chain issues, I always exert myself to provide ideas or giving support considering what I explain above.
How do you spend your time away from work?
Spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy playing basketball, soccer or going running as well as going to dance with my girlfriend or mom, they are good at dancing.
