Task
The starting point for collaboration was the goal set by Dräger Safety of making its global sales planning more efficient and transparent in all marketing and regional branches. Structural synergies were to be made more efficient within rolling planning, supply between hubs, and distributing production facilities was to be consolidated and integration with operative production planning was to be optimised.
Approach
mSE Solutions revised the planning process and developed more advanced support via the PointOut® solution. The complex order control processes, typified by partial retention of local products, configurable products and cross-border trade, were managed via PointOut® applications.
